Aria Consulting ended the year of 2019 with an educational event about taxes, financing and real estate. CEO of Aria Consulting initiated the event and moderated the panel discussion. Among the panel members were experienced tax accountant, commercial banker with Bank of America, real estate broker and investor who has vast expertise in trucking industry.

Panel members spoke about ways to prepare business and personal tax returns in order to secure financing, how to communicate with financial institutions more effectively when applying for business loans. In addition to the credit score and credit history, panel members looked at the key financial metrics and ratios used in banking to decide on loan approval or denial.

The speakers also predicted the 2020 trends in real estate market, spoke about techniques used to determine if a certain property is going to be a good investment.
